Since 2004, Community Analytics has been giving a platform to professional communities by facilitating the flow of information across existing influence networks.

By applying social network analysis to relevant trusted networks, we find the key network members  who provide a voice for their communities. Our goal is to help develop an on-going, mutually beneficial relationship between professional communities and the industries that serve them.

We accomplish this by researching the peer-to-peer connections and helping organizations engage with them to foster relationships and enhance the professional experience. Through this approach, organizations have advanced professional growth, informed the development of products and services, resolved industry challenges, and provided a platform so that the needs of the community can be heard and met. Community Analytics has a broad understanding of marketing and authentic customer engagement, and our firm has served a variety of organizations, ranging from local nonprofits to the Fortune 500.
