Chief Business Development Officer

As Chief Business Development Officer, Heather is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategy as well as fostering strategic relationships.

Heather is an experienced strategist who has worked with a wide range of businesses and organizations to identify growth opportunities and innovation needs. She has over three years of experience working in the technology industry and five years in the field of international development. Prior to Community Analytics, Heather was CEO of mp3Car, where she led the team to restructure strategy and operations.

Heather earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.

In her free time, Heather volunteers for projects to support Baltimore’s growth and eats a whole lot of good food.
