Community Analytics is a research organization based on the principles of social networking. We understand human networks and the roles they play in the decision making process. We offer customer engagement solutions that deliver measurable results in an ever-changing and customer-driven business environment. Through a combination of proprietary research and analytical techniques, Community Analytics helps clients uncover these networks and create strategies to connect them with their brand.


Based on insights gleaned from primary research collected for each client, Community Analytics creates business strategies and tactics to enable our clients’ to reach their sales, marketing, and development goals. The client engagement department is responsible for having a deep understanding of each client’s business and ensuring all service deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

 

The Client Engagement Manager will be part of a four person Client Engagement team. This individual will play a major role in continuing the rapid growth of the company.  This individual’s main responsibility will be managing all B2B client engagements. This person will work with each client to create influence network strategies and tactics based on the insights uncovered from our research. Additional tasks will include, monitoring the competitive landscape, researching current and potential verticals, informing product development, and business development within existing client relationships. This person will report directly to the Director of Client Engagement.

 

Qualities we are looking for in a Client Engagement Manager:


• Strong written and verbal communication skills (to include building and delivering formal presentations and public speaking)
• Ability to uncover client needs (both immediate and ends needs) and tie them to a product & service offering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Project management (utilizing Microsoft Project software)
• Ability to build effective teams and work collaboratively
• Innovative, proactive and hard working
• Outstanding attention to detail, thorough and high quality of work
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to systematize, document, plan and strategize

Major responsibilities:


• Conduct stakeholder interviews with clients to uncover opportunities to apply our product & services
• Design custom project methodologies to address client needs
• Provide project management to ensure that internal resources are organized such that client needs are met
• Deliver results of research, and train clients on how to apply the data
• Maintain client relationships and uncover new opportunities to address clients’ needs
• Sell follow on consultative services to address unmet needs
• Become an active member of our Innovation Team to inform product development and operational process improvement

 

Qualifications required:


• Bachelors Degree Required, MBA Preferred
• Minimum of 3 years consulting/project management experience
