Student Support Networks

“What should I do after high school? Is College right for me? Is my child prepared to start a career after they graduate?” These are just a few of the questions students and parents ask themselves as they prepare for life after secondary education.

We know that personal networks are the single most influential factor in major life decisions; therefore, we are seeking to better understand the personal support networks on which students and parents rely as they make the important decision about future plans after secondary education. Our goal is to develop novel approaches to providing better support for students and their parents throughout middle school, high school and post graduation.
